ZINEDINE ZIDANE has reportedly been lined up to become Paris Saint-Manager boss after the club gave Christophe Galtier a deadline to save his job.
The French giants are five points clear at the top of the Ligue 1 table but are on their worst run for 12 years, leaving the 56-year-old’s job in jeopardy.

PSG suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Bayern Munich in the first leg of their last-16 Champions League clash this week.
And, according to RMC Sport, Galtier’s “position will be under risk after March 8,” which will be the date of the second leg in Germany.
They report that club chiefs have not yet started talks over his sacking.
However, that could change if results have not improved by that deadline.
The Bayern setback marked a third straight defeat in all competitions for PSG – the first time that has happened since 2011.
Neymar, who was slammed for enjoying a McDonald’s and hitting a casino after the midweek loss, was involved in a dressing-room row with chief Luis Campos on Sunday after being beaten 3-1 at Monaco.
And that result came after the 2-1 setback at Marseille in the last-16 of the French Cup.
Now questions are allegedly being asked of Galtier and doubts over his leadership are “shared by the club’s decision makers in Doha”.

The same publication is also stating that Qatar’s Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, is still hoping to “secure the services of Zinedine Zidane” as manager.
The legendary French World Cup winner was the first-choice to replace Mauricio Pochettino last summer but a deal failed to materialise.
There has been “no direct” contact between the PSG chief and Zidane, who left Real Madrid for a second time in 2021, but the club are reportedly “considering how best to approach him” – which could result in a concrete approach for him over the coming weeks.
