ONE of the world’s rarest Lamborghinis is up for sale… but it could set you back over £400,000.
A stunning Diablo SV Roadster, one of only two examples ever built, is available to buy at a private auction held by Sotheby’s Sealed.

This beast’s rarity is down to its lighter, rear-wheel-drive take on the all-wheel-drive Diablo VT Roadster, and is also Lambo’s last ever motor to combine a manual gearbox with a rear-wheel drive layout.
Finished with bright yellow paintwork and a giant, stylized “SV” splashed on each of its doors, it also boasts exposed-carbon-fiber accents.
The interior has seats covered in Nero “Torpedo” Alcantara with yellow piping.
Only 2,500 Diablos were ever built by Lamborghini, despite the model being in production between 1990 and 2001.
Despite replacing the iconic and much-loved Countach, the Diablo model is renowned by Lamborghini enthusiasts as the brand’s first production supercar capable of reaching a top speed of 200 mph.
While the auction house doesn’t list a price for this ultra rare Diablo, it’s a fair estimate that it could sell for anything around £400k – with the average Diablo selling for anywhere from £200k upwards.
This comes after a ‘landmark’ Ferrari previously owned by rock legend Eric Clapton is set to hit £550k at an auction.
The classic 1970 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 ‘Daytona’ Berlinetta, which was also formerly owned by Lord Hesketh, is up for sale at Bonhams Cars.
In other news, a popular Renault supermini has been taken off sale in the UK after 11 years, but a replacement EV has already been lined up by the French car brand.
