ANYONE planning a stay in Devon this year might want to consider booking a holiday home with its own private beach bar – available from £43pp per night.
The sea front beach house is located in Bigbury-on-Sea and can sleep up to eight people, all of whom can make the most of its bar complete with sea-view.

They include one master en-suite with superking bed, one kingsize and one twin room. Opposite the master is a small bedroom with bunkbeds.
Outside, the property boasts a rear terraced deck for dining and lounging, as well as the highlight of the property, the bar.
There’s also a sunny front balcony for further dining and relaxing.

The house overlooks the Bigbury-on-Sea beach, where guests can take a ride across to Burgh Island on the sea tractor, try windsurfing or just relax.
A golf club, coastal paths and harbour towns like Dartmouth and Salcombe are all nearby, providing lots of great options for visitors.
The single story house has an outdoor shower around the back where guests can rinse off their sandy feet after a day on the beach.

It has six tall wicker stools, an under-counter fridge, a freezer for ice, optics on the wall and a wine rack.
The bar is stocked with gin, vodka, rum, soft drinks and has an honesty bar for anything guests use.
