WWE superstar Finn Balor revealed the full extent of the gruesome head injury he suffered at WrestleMania 39.

Balor faced Edge in a brutal Hell in a Cell Match at the SoFi Stadium in Hollywood and required stitches after the bell.

The Demon cracked his scull when the Hall of Famer threw a ladder that hit him square in the head.

The Irish grappler was busted open and the match had to be paused as medical staff tended to the wounded wrestler.

Fans couldn’t tell how bad that was was until after the show when the former Universal Champion shared a graphic image which revealed the full scale of his injury.

Balor joked with the following tweet: “Just a flesh wound.”

Fans were left in absolute shock with many wondering how the 41-year-old found the strength to finish the match.

One WWE enthusiast tweeted: “You’re an absolute G for finishing the match with that!”

Another posted: “Just a paper cut.. Rest up, heal up brother.”

A third wrote: “‘Wrestling is fake,’ they say. But take one look at that gash and tell me it doesn’t look real to you.”
