The Rock is regarded as one of the best wrestlers of all time and is rumored to be returning at next year’s Wrestlemania.

As a teenager growing up in Hawaii, he dreamt of following in his father’s footsteps and going into pro wrestling.

Then-14-year-old Johnson would hit the gym every day – but couldn’t afford the snacks to fuel his workouts.

Johnson revealed that he used to steal a Snickers bar every day from the local 7-Eleven.

In a special Instagram video, he returned to the scene of the crime 30 years later and bought out the store’s entire supply of the sweet treat.

Johnson wrote: “I’ve finally exorcised this damn chocolate demon that’s been gnawing at me for decades.

“We were evicted from Hawaii in ‘87 and after all these years – I finally got back home to right this wrong.

“I was broke as hell, so I used to steal a king-sized Snickers EVERY DAY from 7-11 for almost a year when I was 14yrs old, on my way to the gym.

“The Snickers was my pre-daily workout.”

After staff had counted out every Snickers bar in the shop into his trolley, Johnson treated every shopper in the store to free groceries.

He explained it was “the least I could do considering all the s**t I used to steal from there.”

Despite being a teenager and not being particularly conspicuous, Johnson revealed the clerk back in the day never caught him.

He continued: “The same clerk was there every day and always just turned her head and never busted me.

“I’ve exercised a few big demons over the years (I still have a few left) so I know this one seems VERY SILLY, but every time I come back home to Hawaii and drive by 7-11.

“I always knew I needed to go in and clean out every Snickers bar they had – the right way.”

Fans loved Johnson’s gesture and took to his Instagram page to send him well wishes.

One wrote: “You the man DJ.”

Another added: “What an awesome gesture”

A third said: “Straight up legend this man.”

Johnson recently showed off his epic body transformation ahead of new movie Black Adam.

The superhero blockbuster hit the big screens in October but Johnson undertook months of training ahead of his lead role.
