‘Worst motorway driver EVER’ blasted for breaking no.1 driving rule… drivers always think they won’t get caught

THE “worst motorway driver EVER” has been blasted for breaking the number one driving rule.

Shocked Alexa took to TikTok to expose a fellow motorist who was driving “dangerously”.

Alexa waited for the Ford driver to slow down to overtake him

But the driver accelerated blocking her way

The car owner said she was on her way home from work when the traffic mishap happened.

Alexa was left fuming after a Ford owner seemed to block her from overtaking.

On the video the content creator slammed: “Worst driving I’ve ever dealt with.”

Footage showed the TikToker waiting to overtake the vehicle who was running slower.

She explained: “Here the ford driver is driving slower than me, so I wait for the BMW to pass then go to overtake.

“About here, I look in my mirror to see him speeding up and staring into my car.”

Instead of slowing down to let her drive ahead, she said the vehicle accelerated and tried to “race” her.

She added: “He had his mate in the passenger seat and seemed to be egging him on.

“So I slow down and move back over because I’m just trying to go home from work and not race idiots.

“He lets another car pass with no issue.”

But things got even worse when the driver decided to slow again and block Alexa from overtaking.

“He slows down again, so I decide to try and overtake again. And boom, speeds up again and won’t let me pass,” she said.

The driving practice can be penalised under driving rules as it can pose a risk to other drivers.

The Highway Code reads: “Speeding up or driving unpredictably while someone is overtaking you is dangerous.

“Drop back to maintain a two-second gap if someone overtakes and pulls into the gap in front of you.

“Do not hold up a long queue of traffic, especially if you are driving a large or slow-moving vehicle.”

The video has already amassed thousands of views and more than 1,700 likes from fellow drivers.

It comes as a recent study revealed the UK areas with the worst drivers has been revealed.

A poll of 2,000 motorists saw more than half across the country admit that they do not consider themselves “good” behind the wheel.

The study by CarMats.co.uk found that 52% of people aren’t confident in their skills.

Meanwhile, locals revealed their terror at living in a town with some of the worst drivers in the UK – and they’re too scared to get behind the wheel.

Residents in NW10 – which covers Willesden, Harlesden and Kensal Green in north London – say they struggle to avoid being hit.
