Wimbledon menu prices take huge hike with pints more than ever and pack of Skittles costing £4.20

WIMBLEDON fans have been left shocked with food and drink prices noticeably higher than at last year’s tournament.

Around 36,000 fans are expected to flock to the All England Club on day one alone with 500,000 to come through the doors across the two-week festival of tennis.

But many will be left shocked by the cost of food and drink with seemingly everything going up in price… except one iconic treat.

This year, a pint of beer will go for anything between £7.20 and £7.55 – a massive increase on 2022.

Just 12 months ago, beer was going for between £6.10 and £6.50 – more than a £1 increase on every pint going.

The priciest lager at this year’s Wimbledon is Stella Artois at £7.55 with Guinness and Camden beers £7.20 – the same as a pint of Orchard Pig cider.

Even a 330ml bottle of beer or cider is setting punters back £6.80.

A bottle of Lanson Champagne costs between £87 and £95.10.

Cans of wine and pre-mixed G&T are also a steep £9.70.

You’ll fork out just short of a tenner for a glass of Pimm’s – also at £9.70 – with that price going up to £11.20 if you want it in a reusable cup.
