Which Primark stores offer click and collect?

PRIMARK is one of the most popular retailers on the high street, so shoppers will be keen to know if their local store has click and collect.

The service first launched in 25 Primark stores in the north of England and Wales in November 2022.

It has now been extended to an additional 32 stores in and around London and Greater London.

Shoppers who use click and collect can pick up their orders from a dedicated desk in any of the participating stores.

It means shoppers can avoid the disappointment of turning up only to find that what they wanted wasn’t there.

There’s no fee to use the click and collect service but customers need to spend a minimum of £10 on their orders.

But the trial only includes kids toys, clothing and nursery ranges.

That means you can’t order other ranges, like womenswear and homeware, and pick it up.

To use the click and collect service, shoppers can browse online and add items to a virtual basket and then choose a day to collect their parcel.

Orders will be available for collection between two and seven days after the order has been placed.

All orders will be delivered to store in brown paper packaging, or cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape featuring the new Click and Collect branding.

The retailer said all of its packaging can be easily recycled at home.

Does Primark do home delivery?

Primark rolled out a new website to let shoppers scout out what’s in store before heading to the shop in March 2022.

It means that customers can find out which stores are stocking their top picks so they know where to find them.

While customers can use the website to place click and collect order, the retailer doesn’t yet offer a home deliver service.

The Sun was given an exclusive first look at the new click and collect service when it first launched in Sheffield’s Primark.
