The popular game usually lasts for around six weeks, last year it launched on September 7 and ended on October 18.
McDonald’s has already revealed the best prizes which include £100,000 in free cash and a Mini car.
Particular stickers will win you specific prizes, these stickers or “pieces” stay the same every year according to Monopolyland.
Below we reveal the rare stickers for this year and explain all you need to know about how to win.
What are the rare McDonald’s Monopoly pieces 2023?
There are nine rare stickers to keep an eye out for, with a specific number available.
If you manage to find one of these, make sure you keep hold of it as the remaining stickers in the set will be much easier to find, giving you a good chance of winning the prize for that set.
The most valuable is Mayfair as there are only five in circulation.

Fans are being urged to remember to peel both on the packaging of their favourite menu items and on the McDonald’s app as well – this gives them double the chance to win.
According to McDonald’s 165 prizes were won every single minute last year.

What are the McDonald’s Monopoly 2023 prizes?
Among the top prizes this year is £100,000 in cash for four winners and there will be 2,000 “gold cards”, which give you free Maccies meal a week for a year.
Lucky winners can also get their hands on an electric Mini, £2,000 for a TUI holiday.
That’s on top of the popular “instant wins” which give Maccies customers hundreds of free food items, from Big Macs to McFlurrys.
