WEST HAM are on the verge of agreeing a deal for Ajax star Mohammed Kudus, according to reports.
The Hammers have submitted an offer worth £35million with a further £3million in potential add-ons.
Mohammed Kudus is nearing a move to West HamRex
A ten per cent sell-on clause will also be included.
West Ham are confident that the Dutch side will accept after seeing a previous lesser bid turned down.
The Athletic report that personal terms are also in place for the 23-year-old, who is set to be offered a five-year deal.
Kudus is a versatile player, who can play in midfield, on the wing and in the No.10 position.
He has been on the radar of Chelsea and Brighton this summer.
The Seagulls also reached an agreement with Ajax for him but Kudus reportedly demanded a release clause in his contract, which caused talks to break down.
He has been looking to leave Ajax after declining an extension offer in April with his deal set to end in 2025.
Kudus scored 18 goals in 42 games last season and he has won two Eredivisie titles.
The Ghanaian also netted twice at the World Cup in Qatar.
