WEST HAM want to add more firepower to their forward line in next month after a difficult start to the season.
Only Everton, Nottingham Forest and bottom of the table Wolves have scored fewer goals than the Hammers this season.

Manager David Moyes is under pressure to turn things around quickly after the Prem returns on Boxing Day.
In order to aid that, the club are looking to sign one or two forwards in the January window to boost the number of goals in the squad.
Despite a huge summer outlay, Moyes has not been able to get his new-look forward line to click this season.
The Hammers were one of the big spenders in the summer window, forking out over £160million on new signings including a club record £51millon deal for Brazil star Lucas Paqueta, who is yet to score in eight Prem appearances.
West Ham also spent £30.5million on Italian striker, Gianluca Scamacca, who has just two Premier League goals to his name so far this term.
Maxwell Cornet arrived from Burnley for £17.5million and made five league appearances without a goal before suffering an injury before the World Cup break.
It is not clear how much the West Ham board will give Moyes to spend in the January window.
However, the Hammers are also looking to the future as they look to secure a deal for Brazilian defender, Luizao.

The Sao Paulo defender, 20, is out of contract at the end of January in South America with the Hammers looking to bring him to London on a free transfer.
There were fears further spending would have to happen at the back following another injury to Nayef Aguerd at the World Cup.
With teammate Kurt Zouma already having undergone knee surgery, Aguerd, signed for £30million in the summer before missing the opening months of the season through injury, hobbled off during Morocco’s shock last-16 victory over Spain.
However, the defender’s groin injury is not as bad as first feared.
West Ham assistant Mark Warburton said on Tuesday: “Nayef has made contact with us already and fingers crossed it’s not as bad as it looked.
“We saw he reached for his groin but he’s quite happy tonight so hopefully he’ll have it assessed and have a scan in the morning and, fingers crossed, it’s not too bad.”
