AN INSPIRED couple of influencer travellers who spent 18 hours a day converting a van into a luxury home on wheels have placed their completed wonder on the market – with a six-figure price tag.
Edden Ram, 31, and his partner Nicole Sun, 23, have built an impressive social media audience over the years with 116,000 people on Instagram and TikTok tuning in each day to watch and admire their nomadic lives.

But their fans became even more invested in their journeys last year when they decided to buy and transform a £37,000 van into a tiny, mobile home.
Edden and Nicole, a travel filmmaker and an artist respectively, said the renovation was labour-intensive given they had no building experience and had to “learn everything from scratch”.
“The renovation took four months of intense labour, both of us working 12- to 18-hour days,” they said.
“Neither of us had prior experience in building, so from design to woodworking, electrical, and plumbing, it was a huge learning curve.”
A TikTok video shared by Edden and Nicole revealed a luxurious final product, with an outdoor, pull-out coffee table, a lounge, a queen-size bed, and a skylight.
The van even has a kitchen, complete with a pop-up counter, induction hob, microwave, pull-out pantry, wardrobe, and filtered water tap, and a bathroom with running water, a flushable toilet, a shower, a marble sink, and a mirror, as well as a 480-watt solar panel deck perfect for sunbathing.
The couple, who are currently based in Oregon, said the project was a “huge challenge” and pushed them “to the edge on a daily basis”.
“But we were so happy we had this opportunity as we discovered that not only do we work incredibly together as a team but also can really handle the intensity and get through tough times with mutual respect.”
Both Edden and Nicole work remotely and live out of the van, sharing that they have loved the experience but do miss the sense of routine a traditional home offers – a drawback they say is ‘completely overcome’ by the fact they get to wake up each morning surrounded by nature.
The nomads are now hoping to sell their van for five times what they bought it for at more than £177,000.
Edden, who has visited more than 80 countries, said: “We are absolutely enjoying van life right now and really wish we could continue it, but unfortunately we planned to sell this van from the beginning.
“We invested a lot of money into it and did it more to learn how to build so we can make more vans.”
With this project now complete, the couple is set to embark on a new one, travelling east for a few months of backpacking before heading south.
Edden said: “We love the Pacific North West and just can’t get enough of the forests and waterfalls and coastline here.
“We’ll definitely come back soon.”
