Carolina, 24, has been dating Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic since 2022.
She previously held the title of Miss Italy after triumphing in the pageant back in 2019.
Carolina has recently been modelling lingerie for Yamamay.
The stunning star has over 500,000 followers on Instagram.
And she posted her snaps for Yamamay to her huge fanbase.
Her post received more than 20,000 likes in just two hours.
And fans absolutely loved it – with plenty leaving nice comments.
