DAVID DE GEA has returned to Manchester this week – and is still a free agent.
But United fans who are already fed up with summer signing Andre Onana should not get too excited.

The Spaniard has come back to the North West to clear out the £3.5million property in Hale, Cheshire, that was his home for 12 years.
De Gea failed to agree on a new deal with United after months of talks so was released when his contract ended in June – despite winning the Golden Glove award last term.
Since then he has fielded plenty of interest but has not found a project which excites him and is enjoying some time with his family back in Madrid.
Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag decided to look for a keeper who is good with his feet to fit with the style of play he wanted.
That led him to Cameroon international Onana but the former Inter man has made a series of high-profile blunders in his first few weeks at the club.
In particular, he was at fault for the penalty given in the Red Devils’ defeat to Galatasaray in their Champions League clash.
Then Onana’s latest howler came against Brentford on Saturday when his flapping hands gave the Bees the lead.
United’s blushes were luckily spared when super-sub Scott McTominay scored two late goals to secure a fortunate 2-1 win.

However, Onana is currently averaging an error leading to a goal every ten games, compared to De Gea giving away a goal just once every 20 games.
De Gea teased fans with an Instagram story on Tuesday showing him sitting on his tennis court in Cheshire.
Despite it not signalling an impending return to the Red Devils, fans still took to social media to warn Cameroonian newcomer Onana of the legendary shot-stopper’s return.
One fan said: “Onana should be worried.”
While another added: “Now please come back.”
A third put: “DAVID WE MISS YOU.”
