TOTTENHAM have reportedly shifted their attention away from Marc Guehi after Crystal Palace set an eye-watering £60million price tag.
The North London side are instead said to be interested in signing Fulham centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo.
Tosin Adarabioyo is thought to be a more affordable option for Spurs
Marc Guehi has been slapped with a huge price-tag that could scare off any potential suitors
According to The Evening Standard new Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou is keen on Adarabioyo as he looks to upgrade his defence.
The 25-year-old featured 25 times in the Premier League for Fulham last season and was an important part of Marco Silva’s team.
The Englishman only has one year remaining on his contract and it’s reported that Fulham are willing to let him leave after talks over an extension broke down last week.
Spurs will face competition for his signature though as he is said to be attracting interest from French sides Rennes and Monaco too.
Postecoglou is keen to switch up his back line with rumours swirling about the potential departure of Davinson Sanchez and Clement Lenglet likely to return to Barcelona following his loan spell.
Guehi was suggested to be a big target for Tottenham, but Crystal Palace’s high valuation could be a stumbling block.
The Eagles have reportedly inflated the fee to account for the 20 per cent sell-on clause that they will owe to Chelsea in the event of a sale.
The 22-year-old moved to Selhurst Park in 2021 for around £20million and has since been vital for the London club, whilst also featuring four times for the England National Team.

There could be plenty of movement both in and out for Tottenham this summer with the appointment of Postecoglou.
They could face a battle to keep hold of some of their best players with the futures of Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min still in doubt.
