Tommy Fury confirms he will watch KSI’s fight with Joe Fournier from ringside amid talk of celebrity boxing bout

TOMMY FURY is set to take a ringside seat to watch KSI’s fight with Joe Fournier up close and personal.

YouTube sensation KSI returns to the ring tonight against millionaire nightclub tycoon-turned 9-0 boxer Fournier at Wembley Arena.

But already he has lined up Fury as his next opponent – and it appears both are on board.

Fury, 24, posted on Instagram: “I’ll be watching. From ringside.”

KSI, 29, had hoped to finally settle his bitter score with Jake Paul, 26, this year but Fury gave those plans the KO by beating the American.

And Paul has since snubbed a rematch or talks with KSI to instead return on August 5 against ex-UFC star Nate Diaz, 38.

So KSI has vowed not to wait around and will instead try to finish what his great nemesis started.

The Londoner has not only revealed that he wants to fight Fury next, but in fact the two are closing in on a deal to meet in the ring.

KSI told Seconds Out: “Yes, we’re close.

“I’ve been saying this in every interview and people keep saying that it’s cap but then why do I keep saying it?”

Fury beat Paul in February by split-decision in Saudi Arabia to hand the self-proclaimed Problem Child his first loss.

But KSI – who faces his first opponent with boxing experience tonight – is ready to embrace the underdog in a potential British celeb bout.

And such is his confidence, he is ready to put his money where his mouth is as he said: “You know what I can’t wait.

“We’re working on the deal and hopefully, it comes through and then I can wait to bet £100,000 on myself with whatever betting agency that allows me to bet £100,000 on myself because I know the odds are going to be terrible.

“And everyone is going to look at that fight and be like, ‘What’s the point? KSI doesn’t have a chance. He’s not even at Jake Paul’s level.’

“How many times I proved people wrong? People thought I was going to lose to Logan Paul, I beat him. People thought I’d lose to Joe Weller, I beat him.”
