The trio could join up with the Three Lions for the Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.
Konsa, 26, has never played for England before despite being a regular for the Villans and is expected to be one player to join up.
Konsa will likely be the replacement for Levi Colwill and Lewis Dunk.
The Chelsea star missed the thrilling 4-4 draw with Manchester City on Sunday evening.
The defender had been named in the Three Lions squad by manager Southgate last week.
However, he has since picked up a minor shoulder injury, as confirmed by manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Dunk on the other hand picked up a knock against Ajax and missed the game against Sheffield United on the weekend.
Two players that were involved in the clash at Stamford Bridge will also be called up.
The Athletic reports that Cole Palmer and Rico Lewis could also link up with the national side.
Palmer has impressed since taking a leading role at Chelsea following his summer switch from Man City.
He progressed even further against his former side as he was a constant threat at Stamford Bridge before scoring the equalising penalty in injury time.
The attacking midfielder will likely act as cover for Tottenham star James Maddison, who had to withdraw from the squad due to injury.
He starred for England at the U21s Euros and was involved in the winning goal in the final against Spain.
Lewis has looked to be a reliable member of Pep Guardiola‘s Manchester City side despite only being 18.
The utility player, who mostly features at full-back, enjoyed a breakthrough season last year.
He was rewarded with a new five-year contract at the Etihad for his good performances.
This campaign he has already featured ten times in all competitions.
