THOUSANDS of people have been left without power for hours in Kent.
UK Power Network say they are “investigating a fault on the electricity network which has caused a power cut”.

Over 5,000 people in Kent have been affected in 25 different postcodes.
It is not yet known when their power will be reconnected.
If you are without power for any length of time you may want to watch out for the following:
Keep an eye on frozen food – you may not be able to refreeze anything that defrosts.Provided it is safe – switch off electric appliances at the plug.
