The ‘wonderful’ autumn attraction returning to the UK – and tickets are on sale for just £5

ONCE reserved only for American families, the pumpkin patch is now a popular autumn attraction across the UK.

One of the regulars in the top ten lists is Rogate Pumpkin Patch, which has already launched tickets for its “immersive pumpkin event.”

Included in the entry fee are several attractions for children to explore, with Merlin’s Wood containing magically themed playhouses designed for exploring and immersive play.

There’s also Dracula’s Estate, featuring a secret tunnel, a coffin room and a spooky fortress.

Children can climb up and down the giant’s haystacks or weave their way through the spooky sunflower trail and take photographs among curated autumn scenes.

There are lots of games as well for youngsters to enjoy too, with a pumpkin skittle alley, slingshot and a pumpkin shy adding to the Halloween-themed fun.

Meanwhile, there’s also a ghostly galleon, a bat racetrack, Halloween hook-a-duck and a bubble witch to keep kids entertained.

Go karts, a giant maze, barrel rides and crazy golf are also on offer for an extra charge, as is face painting.

Children can pick and take a pumpkin home from the patch as a souvenir of their visit, and there is a Halloween-themed gift shop for any extra decorations.

While most of the entertainment is geared towards children, there are plenty of adults who have given the pumpkin patch a glowing review.

One wrote on Facebook: “Best experience and plenty of activities around here.

“We’ll definitely come back next year. Thank you Rogate pumpkin patch for all your efforts.”

Another said: “Best pumpkin picking we have ever been too. Loads for the kids to do and a great choice of food and beverages.”

A third added: “Unexpectedly wonderful. Brilliant day out. Lots of free games and activities for all ages.

“So much space and freedom to explore. Many places to sit and drink/eat. Lovely range of pumpkins and munchkins to pick from. 10/10 would (and have) recommend.”

Another person who enjoyed their visit was Tiktoker Daislouise (@daislouise), who shared footage of her trip last year.

In her video, she described her experience as “Wholesome Saturday Pumpkin Picking at Rogate.”

Tickets start at £5 per person, while under twos and carers get in for free.

Meanwhile, this new £13million attraction is opening at a popular UK seaside town next year.

And this new UK tourist attraction is the highest of its kind in Europe – it has amazing views and it’s free to enter.
