Those who suffer from seasickness are naturally put off going on cruises or boat trips on holiday.

However, help could be found in the form of a tasty snack and a fizzy drink.
Content creator Sydney Raz shares life hacks and tips via his Instagram page (@sydneyraz) and in a recent video he showed how to get over feeling queasy at sea.
He said: “Here’s something I wish I knew before my 30s.
“The best solution to seasickness is all natural.”
Sydney then cut to a clip from his web series Are You Kidding Me in which he is seen talking to a woman on a boat.
She tells him: “Dramamine works, but it sometimes can make you a little bit sleepy.
“What we recommend to a lot of people is ginger ale and pretzels.
“And then you go outside and look at the horizon. That helps a lot.”
He then added: “I tried the seasickness thing and it totally works.”
A lot of people were shocked to see such a simple recommendation for seasickness.
One said: “Ginger ale out here saving lives.”
Another explained why they thought it worked, saying: “It’s the ginger itself that has the anti-nausea properties.”
A third joked that even if it didn’t work, it wouldn’t be too unpleasant.
They added: “Pretzels and ginger ale are probably not too bad to throw up though.”
Passengers haven’t only been told to order ginger ale on cruise ships, but also on flights.
According to Travel + Leisure, ginger ale is the best drink to have while flying as it is less likely to taste dull.
Ginger ale is also good for a number of medical reasons – it is often drunk when feeling travel sick, as ginger is known to reduce nausea while the fizziness can also help.
Nutritionist Lauren Grosskopf told Travel + Leisure: “Ginger helps ease stomach upset with nervous flyers.”
Ginger also has anti-inflammatory properties, which can reduce swelling, for passengers who might struggle with such problems when flying.
When it comes to the worst drink to order on a plane, people should give a Bloody Mary a miss.
As it is a salty drink, it can taste much sweeter than passengers may want.
Meanwhile, a flight attendant has revealed how to make cocktails on a flight using free mixers.
It is also claimed that loud noises on flights from the engine makes food taste even blander.
