An atomiser means you can take your perfume or cologne on holiday without taking the whole bottle.
Traveller Anthony Mastracci said he has been using this kind of item for six years saying it makes packing a travel bag “much easier”.
He wrote on Yahoo: “If there’s one thing on which I pride myself, it’s packing stuff into other stuff — trucks, spice cabinets, and definitely suitcases.
“I got super packing abilities from my father, and he from his, but there are certain items when packing a travel bag that make the process difficult, namely cologne.
“About six years ago, I was gifted something called the Travalo Classic HD Perfume Atomizer and packing a travel bag has never been easier.”
The way it works is by taking off the spray nozzle of your full size perfume, and then transferring a small amount of liquid into the tiny atomiser.
They are around 5ml, so way under the 100ml rule for liquids at airport security – so you can leave your large bottles at home.
While Anthony’s version will set you back £19, we’ve found some that are much cheaper.
The ILLUVA travel atomiser costs just £3.99 on Amazon and it will arrive by December 15 if you order today – in time for Christmas.
Not only is it small enough to fit in hand luggage, but it makes the perfect stocking filler.
It has had thousands of good reviews on Amazon too.
One person wrote: “Ideal for travelling & great for a little stocking filler.”
