JANNIK SINNER left his physio in agony after accidentally firing a ball at his groin.
The world No3’s team were sat courtside at the Miami Open when the phrase “new balls, please” became too literal for Giacomo Naldi.

Sinner tried to return a powerful serve from opponent Christopher O’Connell, but he was only able to get the edge of his racquet on it.
The ball flew off the court and landed in his physio’s private parts.
Pain was written across Naldi’s face and the rest of the Italian’s camp were left in hysterics.
Sinner spotted the commotion on his bench and came over to Naldi and joined in with the laughter.
The commentators also got the giggles as they said: “I don’t think it hit his face by that expression.”
After the match, Sinner was asked about the incident and he replied: “I hurt him and I still have to apologise.
“The serve was in. With the frame the ball went straight to him at a really important part for human beings.
“I feel sorry for him and hopefully it’s going to be all good for him.”

Fans found it hilarious, with one saying: “This is the height of comedy.”
Another added: “An iconic moment.”
Sinner recomposed himself and booked his spot in the quarter-finals with a 6-4 6-3 win over O’Connell.
He will play Tomas Machac next, who beat Andy Murray in a thriller on Sunday night.
Sinner is enjoying a fantastic campaign, having won his first Grand Slam title at the Australian Open in January.
He continued his fine form picking up the Rotterdam Open title before losing to Carlos Alcaraz in the Indian Wells final earlier month.
