“The wedding is happening this year, I can’t give away too many details,” she added.

Hembrow recently enjoyed wedding dress shopping and revealed with her millions of Instagram followers that she’s planning on wearing a Vera Wang dress down the aisle.

“It’s such a surreal experience going to try on wedding dresses, I have never done that before,” she explains.

“I had my sisters and mum there, there were tears, it was really nice.”

Her sisters are set to be in the bridal party and she adds: “My sisters are my best friends, we see each other every single day.”

“They’re built in friends for life and we’ll always have each other’s back.”

Zukowski proposed while the pair were holidaying in the Maldives.

At the time, Hembrow shared the news alongside footage of the moment he dropped down to one knee during a sunset proposal.

“Never in my life have I felt so safe, so loved, so understood, so cared for. What a plot twist you were 🤍,” the mother-of-three wrote.

Hembrow has just penned a new book called Show Up, that she hopes will inspire and motivate others.

About her new book, which includes activities at the end of each chapter, she said it’s “pretty much about the whole journey”.

“[It’s about] the different aspects of my life, parenting business, challenges, fitness, just every little bit about me and my journey, the ups and downs.”

“It took about a year and was a lot of internal reflection, deep diving into different aspects of my life and why things went the way they did. I’m really happy with it.”

“It sort of was interesting looking at my life, from an outside perspective and just reflecting on how it’s made me the person I am now.”

Hembrow’s book Show Up is available for pre-order and comes out in April.
