Gary Barlow has had incredible success in the music industry with his band Take That.
But one of the other great successes in his life is his family – and marriage of 24 years.
The British musician, 53, gushed about his wife Dawn Andrews to 9honey Celebrity, and sweetly said it was “fate” that bought them together when they met when she was a dancer on his group’s tour back in 1995.

“We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary last week, so we’re very tight and very happy and life is good,” Barlow said.
“Our industry, it attracts all the wrong people and I was very lucky to find the right person.”
“She was on tour with us, it was [fate], yes it was, we were meant to meet,” he added.

He then credited his wife to raising their children while he was often away on tour over the years with Take That.
“People always say, ‘your kids are so lovely,’ and I always go, ‘stop, that was my wife.’ She brought our kids up, I’m afraid she did,” he explained.
“I almost feel like I’m catching up on lost time with our kids. My daughter is here [in Australia], she lives here and has been at university here for two years,” he said while in Sydney to announce Take That’s upcoming Australian tour.
He added: “For a lot of our kids’ lives, I was away on tour.”
The couple married in 2000 and share son Daniel and daughters Emily and Daisy. In 2012, their daughter Poppy was tragically stillborn.
Take That, currently consisting of Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen, have just announced their new tour, playing dates in the UK and Europe and even Australia later this year. They will be supported by Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

Ahead of the tour, which is no doubt set to thrill fans, Barlow, 53, chatted to 9Honey Celebrity and spoke about his time in the band, saying that over the years, the group went from “boys to men”.
“There’s been so many different versions of our band, honestly, we were boys the first time, there were five of us and then we came back as men,” Barlow said.
“Some of us had kids… we were back as men then, we came back as a four [piece] then Rob joined us again and we went back to a three [piece band]… and this is where we sort of rested now, we’re at ease like this.”
“This feels like Take That right now, they’re obviously my old friends, we get on great, we’re enjoying live shows more than we’ve ever done I think and we just love it and we’re happy to be here again,” he said.
Barlow said that he could never have dreamt that Take That would have as much success as they’ve had and a decades-long career.
“If you wrote it down, no one would believe it,” he said.
“It’s been an incredible journey and it’s not over yet, we’re still hungry and ambitious, it’s only half-written this story.”
He promised a “good, fun show” to Aussie fans for when they tour Australia and New Zealand in October and November.
