A daddy-daughter bond! T.J. Holmes has an adorably sweet relationship with his youngest child, daughter Sabine.
The former Good Morning America coanchor welcomed his baby girl with Marilee Fiebig in January 2013, just over two years after he and the attorney exchanged vows in October 2020. Despite the drama in his personal life — Us Weekly broke the news that Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig in December 2022 amid his affair with former GMA3 costar Amy Robach — he is still a father first. (In addition to Sabine, Holmes also shares daughter Brianna and son Jaiden with ex-wife Amy Ferson.)
Though Holmes deleted his social profiles after his scandal with Robach was exposed in November 2022, Fiebig has continued to share sweet snaps with her daughter — and has even kept past heartwarming family shots despite the drama.
As both parties focus on their child amid Holmes and Robach’s controversial romance, Fiebig did not mince words when she broke her silence about her estranged husband’s behavior.
“We continue to be disappointed by T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter,” the Save the Children chief diversity officer said in a statement to Us in January 2023 through her lawyer Stephanie Lehman.
Two months later, a source exclusively told Us that Fiebig was kept in the dark about her husband’s romantic relationship with his then-colleague — and “continues to be disappointed by his lack of discretion and respect for her and their marriage” as the former ABC personalities pack on the PDA on various getaways. (Robach, for her part, has been married to actor Andrew Shue since 2010 and shares two daughters with her ex-husband, Tim McIntosh. She is also the stepmom of Shue’s three sons from his previous marriage.)
Moreover, the insider told Us, “[Marilee] knows he’s definitely not coming back. She feels disrespected because they are all over each other in photos and she’s hurt because she sees it’s the real deal and knows now he’s not going to reconcile with her.”
Though neither Holmes nor Robach — who were ousted from ABC in January 2023 following the affair — have publicly addressed the situation, their continuing romance speaks for itself. Amid all of his outings with Robach and despite all of the drama, however, Holmes still finds time to spend with his youngest, holding hands with her at New York City’s JFK airport in February 2023 after arriving home from his Mexican vacation with his girlfriend.
