‘BIG feet big…’ is what people tend to say when referring to penis size.
Hands also hold clues to what lies beneath, according to some studies.

But according to a new study, there’s another body part that correlates to a man’s manhood,
Big noses were more closely correlated to the size of someone’s penis than any other body part that was measured, Japanese researchers found.
They found men with larger noses had a “stretched penile length” of at least 5.3 inches on average.
Men with smaller noses had erect penises of around 4.1 inches.
Dr Rena Malik, a surgeon in Beverly Hills who was not involved in the research, told the Diary of a CEO podcast the study quashes myths you can tell someone’s length by looking at their shoe size.
She said: “There’s one study where they measured all these body parts and penile length and they found that nose length was correlated with penile length, not hand length or foot.”
The average penis when erect has increased from 25 per cent from 4.8 inches to 6 inches over the past 30 years, according to previous research.
The latest study, published in Basic and Clinical Andrology, looked at how nose length is linked to member length.
Researchers looked at data from 124 autopsies of men to see how length of other body parts was linked to their penis length when it was stretched.
In order to measure the penis, they stretched it out as far as it would go.
Scientists then compared this length to different body parts — including the feet — which had no links to the size of the penis.
Researchers said the link to nose length could indicate a man’s penis size is decided before he is born.
They also said this was irrespective of a man’s height or weight.
Lead author Dr Hiroshi Ikegaya, of Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, said: “The fact that nose size is related indicates that penile length may not be determined by age, height or body weight but has already been determined before birth.”
ALL’S NOT LOST
However, all may not be lost for men who are concerned about the size of their manhood.
Dr Malik said men can use traction devices to increase the length of their penis by up to 2cm.
She said: “These are devices that are made for penile lengthening but they’re also made for men who have something called Peyronie’s disease.”
Peyronie’s disease is a condition that causes scar tissue to form in the penis, resulting in curved, painful or shorter erections.
OTHER WAYS YOU CAN TELL
Separate research shows the distance between a man’s index and ring fingers is another good approximation of how well endowed they are.
A study, published in the Asian Journal of Andrology, found the “digit ratio” is linked to penis length.
Dr. Tae Beom Kim, of Gachon University, said: “It all has to do with the gap in length between a man’s ring finger and index finger.
“According to our data, the shorter index finger than ring finger you have, the longer stretched penile length you have.”
