The weekend’s results mean the number-crunchers over at bettingexpert and their prediction model BETSiE believe that Arsenal will win the title in May.
This comes despite Pep Guardiola’s side securing an important 3-1 win over the North Londoners, who currently sit top of the table by two points with a game in hand over City.
BETSiE also believe that Manchester United will fall short of the title despite their blistering form by around ten points.
Meanwhile, Newcastle are expected to clinch fourth, pipping Tottenham to Champions League qualification even with their run of four league games without a win.
Liverpool will also finish in the European places ahead of challengers Brighton, Brentford and Fulham.
Elsewhere, Chelsea were shocked by manager-less Southampton at the weekend and with pressure mounting on Graham Potter, the big spenders may have to settle for tenth place.
That win for the Saints is still predicted to not be enough to save them from relegation, as is Bournemouth’s victory over Wolves.
Set to join them in the Championship next season is shockingly still Everton despite their resurgence since sacking manager Frank Lampard.
