Nottinghamshire police were called to Bye Pass Road, Chilwell at 3pm on Novemeber 12 after a road traffic accident involving two cars.
Miraculously, no ambulance services were required and no arrests were made.
However, despite not needing an ambulance, the R8 owner reportedly required “emotional care” after writting off their luxury wheels.
In a brief statement, Nottinghamshire Police told The Sun Online: “We were called to reports of a collision involving two cars on the Bye Pass Road in Chilwell at 3.11pm on Sunday.
“No ambulance was needed and road was clear by 5pm, with no arrests made.”
This comes less than a month after we reported on a luxury Ferrari worth £2.5m written off after a crash in Italy.

Meanwhile, new ‘Ultra Cameras’ have hit UK roads which can catch drivers speeding, using their phones and not wearing a seatbelt.
The advanced tech has been introduced in Greater Manchester, with a wider rollout expected to follow.
Unlike traditional cameras, the new devices can monitor traffic in both directions and do not rely on road markings to assess speeding.
