STUART BROAD has made his Strictly Come Dancing decision and given the two reasons for his stance.

The Sun exclusively revealed Broad was in talks about a stunning appearance on Strictly.

However, the cricket legend has chosen not to participate – at least for now.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, he explained his reasoning: “One, I can’t dance and two, I quite like the idea of not training for something new.”

Broad had been approached by producers following his retirement from cricket.

The England icon ended his playing career following the conclusion of the Ashes.

His fiancée Mollie King previously appeared on the popular BBC show back in 2017.

She made it all the way to the semi-finals alongside her partner AJ Pritchard.

Broad will not be repeating the feat this year, though, and has already started a new job following his retirement.

He is now a part of Sky Sports’ cricket coverage and had his first day at Lord’s on Wednesday.

The 37-year-old was a pundit for The Hundred clash between the London Spirit and Oval Invincibles.

However, his first day would not go to plan as rain delayed the action.

Broad was also denied access to Lord’s upon arriving at the ground after being removed from the ECB system.
