Stephanie Rice is loved-up like never before, with the former Australian Olympic swimmer sharing a series of photos from a night out with her new boyfriend.
“Dubai Dinner Date 🇦🇪🥰💐😘,” Rice, 35, wrote on Instagram over the weekend alongside some happy snaps with Dane Christison.
The couple were pictured cuddled up at Italian restaurant Pierchic at the upmarket Jumeirah Al Qasr resort.

Rice’s update comes one month after she went public with the 41-year-old former soldier, who is from Brisbane.
In December, Rice told her followers she met Christison through a church connection in a post where she confirmed her new romance after much speculation.
“I never would have expected the year to end this way!! Giving my life to God, following His call to move my life to Dubai, meeting you on my first week at Church in Brisbane and spending our first Christmas together in New York 🥰,” Rice wrote on Instagram on December 26.

“I can’t tell you how long I’ve waited for this … you just have to keep faith in His plan and in His timing … God is so so good and I can’t wait to see what He has in store for 2024 ✝️,” she concluded.
Rice moved to Dubai just weeks earlier, after a “rollercoaster of emotions” and a turbulent few months.
“The past few months have been a rollercoaster of emotions, which have brought about so many wonderful changes which I’m excited to share with you as I start this new journey in Dubai,” Rice wrote on Instagram in November.

“At this stage I have no set plans yet in Dubai which is a little scary, I just knew I needed to follow this calling from deep within.”
Her lengthy captioned accompanied footage of herself on a plane, alongside the message: “POV: Packed up my whole life in Australia, bought a one-way ticket to Dubai to start a new chapter and I’m feeling all the emotions surrounding this fresh start … but God is good!”
