The Rangers wag, wife of Alfredo Morelos, is a regular visitor to her local facility and often shares pictures and videos from her workouts to her social media following.

She likes the occasional motivational quote too.
Just two days ago she posted a photo of herself on Instagram posing looking slim in a sparkly black jumpsuit and Nike Air Jordan trainers with the caption, “You are the most important project, don’t give up.”
At New Year’s she posted a message calling out her haters as her and hubby Alfredo brought in 2023 together.
The post, once translated, read: “Don’t punish yourself for the things that others don’t see in you.
“Nor for the things that you want them to do and they don’t do.
“Don’t set your highest expectations on things you can’t control.
“Concentrate on the things that do concern you, strengthen your self-image, work for what you dream of, give yourself what you want.
“You and only you.”

Her most recent post was on her Instagram Story and didn’t feature a caption, but instead just flaunted her sizzling abs.
Yesenia is seen posing facing a wall mirror, with a pair of light green shorts on, a multicoloured bikini style top and Adidas trainers.
Yesenia has over 21,000 followers on the platform.
Morelos himself is gearing up for the visit of Partick Thistle to Ibrox in the Scottish Cup but he could leave Rangers THIS WEEK.
Gers face the Jags in the fifth round of the tournament this Sunday.
Elsewhere, with Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou being linked to Leeds United’s managerial vacancy, Rangers hero Ally McCoist has offered to drive him there himself.
Speaking on the talkSPORT Breakfast Show, McCoist and co-presenter Laura Woods were discussing the different names being linked with the Leeds job and previewing a segment to come later on the programme with former manager Neil Warnock.
When asked about Postecoglou’s credentials, McCoist said: “He is very good. If Terry the truck driver is going to pick Neil up then I could head up to Glasgow and pick big Ange up.”
