HUNDREDS of Royal Mail customers have been left furious after the app was hit by a major outage.
According to DownDetector, over 500 users have reported issues with tracking parcels and the app.
Taking to X, one user said: “@RoyalMailHelp when will your app actually be working?!? We barely get any post, now conveniently the app doesn’t work so you can’t prove how late the tracked post is delivered.”
