Lewandowski, 35, dressed in a red suit and black shirt and posed for photos alongside his wife.
Anna showed off her legs and looked striking in black heels which matched her dress.
The 34-year-old is a 38-medal-winning karate practitioner and fitness guru.
Several German sports stars attended the Bild event, which was held in Hamburg.
Germany international Ilkay Gundogan was joined by his model wife Sara Arfaouim who also wore a black dress.
Lewandowski’s former Bayern Munich team-mate Thomas Muller was also in attendance and gave a big smile as he posed for the cameras.
The star-studded event also involved a number of ex-Germany internationals such as former Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Germany legends Lothar Matthaus and Rudi Voller were there as well as former Bayern striker Mario Gomez.

Several notable influencers also hit the red carpet and looked flawless, including TV presenter Esther Sedlaczek, who Schweinsteiger once flirted with live on air.
But none looked as impressive as Anna Lewandowska, who showed off her beauty while partying with her husband in Barcelona earlier this summer.
