British reality star Vicky Pattison has been turned away from Heathrow Airport ahead of a wedding planning trip to Italy over minor damage to her passport.
The Georgie Shore alum had arrived at the airport with her fiancé Ercan Ramadan for an EasyJet flight on Sunday, only to be told by staff that they were unable to board her.
She took to Instagram to share her ordeal.
“I rushed back from Newcastle, packed at midnight last night and jumped into bed and got 3 hours sleep… But I didn’t mind because we were going for our menu tasting @ercan_ram. Only to have the @easyiet staff turn me away,” she said.

“I’ve been travelling with my passport all year and no one’s said anything, but it’s definitely well travelled to be fair.
“Company policy is company policy and I get it, I’m just beyond gutted you know??
“My wedding planner, her assistant, my florist, everyone are all heading out… … X And I’m just heading home… to have a really good cry I think,” she continued.

“All the wasted money, how hard it was for me to get the time off, how excited we were, how I’ve wasted everyone’s time.. I’m just really sad I think,” Pattinson added.
She then shared a photo of her passport, telling her 5.5 million followers: “This is what was wrong with my passport for everyone asking, in fairness, I don’t know if that is really bad or not, I’ve just not had anyone ever tell me it was before.. cheeky little milo butt.

“Think rather than waste my glam, I’m going to take some new passport pictures, then cry.”
She further explained, “My dog chewed the side a bit” and added “@easyjet you destroyer of dreams you.”
A spokesperson for EasyJet said the airline “cannot allow any passenger to travel on their planned flight with documentation damaged to such a degree that its authenticity is brought into question.
“It is the passenger’s responsibility to have suitable documentation for travel.”

They said they were “sorry for Ms Pattison’s experience and the inconvenience caused.”
The wedding is scheduled for September.
The dogs pictured here seem to be the culprits – well, one of them at least.
Pattison has applied for a new passport, sharing a copy of the photos taken for the application.
Pattison and Ramadan were engaged in 2019 and kicked off celebrations with a lavish engagement party in London attended by 300 guests.
Thee couple decided to officially marry at Marylebone Town Hall in front of 100 guests ahead of their Italian nuptials which will be attended by approximately 150 guests.
