AN extremely rare Lamborghini supercar is now up for sale but it will cost you and arm and a leg to get your hands on it.
A limited edition Lamborghini Murcielago, one of only 50, was produced to mark the Italian car manufacturer’s 40th Anniversary and is now on sale for an eye-watering £224,900.

The car is one of the most exclusive in existence.
With only 50 cars ever made, this is a special edition V12 car that also comes with a limited edition plaque complemented by the 40th anniversary logo.
“The car is finished in Verde Artemis (jade green), a three-layer pearl effect paintwork,” reads the listing. “The upper door moulds, as well as the pillar surrounding the rear window where the petrol cap is located, feature an optical carbon fibre coating.“
The wheels are finished in Grey Anthracite, featuring Silver Brake Callipers.
The car also features a newly designed and upgraded exhaust system.
Inside the car, there is a limited edition plaque complemented by the 40th Anniversary Logo.
The 40th Anniversary car comes with the highly desirable six-speed manual transmission, promising a “more engaging experience over the equivalent single-clutch E-Gear gearbox.”
However, £225,000 may seem like peanuts compared to the McLaren Speedtail supercar which could be yours for a cool £2million.
It comes after the world’s fastest road car with a top speed of 300mph emerged for sale earlier this month.
The black and orange 2022 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ Coupe is one of just 30 examples made and is expected to sell for around £4.3million.
And a car dubbed “the most beautiful Ferrari ever built” could be yours – for an eye-watering price of £29million.
RM Sotheby’s is selling off the rare “Pontoon Fendered” 250 Testa Rossa race car at auction late next month.
