RANGERS legend Paul Gascoigne’s personal company is facing closure after it failed to file records on time.
The football great set up Gazza8 Limited in 2019 to channel income from TV appearances, documentaries and a planned film on his life.

Companies House issued a compulsory strike off action against the firm this week after its accounts were not submitted by the required deadline.
The company’s first set of financial figures were due by October 26 last year but they have still not been filed.
A notice served on the business said: “The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the company will be struck off the register and dissolved not less than two months from the date shown above.
“Upon the company’s dissolution all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and will belong to the Crown.”
Former England midfielder Gascoigne, 55, is the sole director of the Dorset-based company and owns all the shares in it.
Earlier this year, he staved off two earlier attempts to have it closed down for failure to file records.
Gascoigne, who also played for Tottenham, Newcastle and Lazio, has struggled with alcohol addiction for many years.
In an interview last year, he said he was still attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and speaking to a counsellor.
He added: “I know I’m happier when I’m not drinking. I can sometimes be a sad drunk.
“But I’m just enjoying life again. Last year, not just me but the whole country was struggling with regards work but I’ve got work coming back.
“I’m just staying on the right track and just enjoying the work that is ahead of me.”
Last year, Gascoigne appeared on the Italian version of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! which was filmed in the Honduran jungle in Central America.
He was forced to quit the Italian reality show after dislocating his shoulder but described it as a “great experience” and said he would like to take part in the UK version.
He spent three years with Rangers quickly becoming a fans’ favourite as he helped them win a record-equalling nine in a row league titles.
In his debut season, he was voted Scottish player of the year and also had memorable moments playing for England, including a goal against Scotland.
Gascoigne’s representatives were approached for comment.
