QUEENS PARK RANGERS’ historic ground has been given a fresh new name – MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium.
But fans are livid at the club calling it a “f***ing disgraceful” decision – with some even claiming they will “not be going” to future games.

The West London club’s home ground has undergone a number of name changes over the last couple of years.
And now they have signed a three-year agreement to sell the naming rights of the stadium to the Malaysian trade government agency MATRADE.
The century-old ground Loftus Road will be now known as the “MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium” until the 2025-26 season.
And QPR fans are not happy about the new name.
One fan called the decision “f***ing disgraceful.”
Another said: “Right that’s it I’m not going anymore.”
A third then put: “This is the ugliest thing i’ve ever heard.”
A fourth kindly added: “Not the time to start p***ing off the fans lads.”

In 2019, the club gifted the naming rights to the stadium to The Kiyan Prince Foundation, a charity set up in honour of former QPR youth player Kiyan Prince.
As a result, the Championship side’s stadium became known as the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
But only last May did the club declare that the ground name would revert to Loftus Road ahead of the 2022–23 season.
Meanwhile, the second-tier club are off to an awful start to the season having lost nine out of their 13 league matches.
Having only secured eight points, they are on the verge of hitting the bottom of the table with only Sheffield Wednesday trailing behind.
And it does not look promising for Queens Park Rangers‘ who take on front-runners Leicester this Saturday at their newly-named ground.
