Primark launches click and collect at 32 shops – see the full list of locations and if one is near you

PRIMARK is rolling out click and collect services at dozens more stores following a successful trial.

The popular service is being extended to 32 stores in and around London from today.

Primark first launched its click and collect service in 25 stores in the north of England and Wales in November last year.

It brings the total number of Primark stores offering the service to 57.

The new locations include Westfield Stratford, Oxford Street and Bluewater, as well as smaller high street locations like Tooting and Woolwich.

Shoppers who use click and collect can pick up their orders from a dedicated desk in any of the participating stores.

There’s no fee to use the click and collect service but customers need to spend a minimum of £10 on their orders.

Kari Rodgers, UK retail director at Primark, said: “The service is now available in around a third of our UK stores, giving even more customers the added choice and convenience click and collect offers and complementing experience within our stores.

“The feedback we’ve had from customers in the stores already in the trial has been really encouraging so we’re looking forward to learning more as we expand the trial further.”

However, the trial only includes kids toys, clothing and nursery ranges.

That means you can’t order other ranges, like womenswear and homeware, and pick it up.

It means shoppers can avoid the disappointment of turning up only to find that what they wanted wasn’t there.

To use the click and collect service, shoppers can browse online and add items to a virtual basket and then choose a day to collect their parcel.

Orders will be available for collection between two and seven days after the order has been placed.

All orders will be delivered to store in brown paper packaging, or cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape featuring the new Click and Collect branding.

The retailer said all of its packaging can be easily recycled at home.

The 32 stores being added to the trial are as follows:
