Primark confirms big click and collect change in 57 stores – and shoppers will be thrilled

PRIMARK is making a big change across dozens of stores and shoppers will be thrilled.

The retailer has announced it is expanding its click and collect service to include thousands of womenswear items from September 13.

The latest move will be rolled out across 57 stores in Greater London and the North West of England and North Wales.

Shoppers can only currently pick up kids’ and nursery products through click and collect.

Those using the service can order items online and pick them up from a dedicated desk at any number of stores.

But the recent announcement means 2,500 Primark products will be available to order online and pick up from the 57 stores.

Shoppers will be able to get their hands on autumn winter collection items, as well as in-store bestsellers and specialist products such as Supporting Women for Life womenswear, lingerie and nightwear.

The full list of stores where click and collect on womenswear will be available from September 13 is:

If you don’t live near one the above stores, you can still visit the Primark website and see if your nearby branch has specific items in stock.

Meanwhile, you can find your nearest Primark store by using the locator tool on its website.

Primark first launched its click and collect trial across 25 stores in the north of England and Wales in November 2022.

It was then extended to 57 stores overall in April this year.

It comes after the retailer introduced self-service checkouts in some stores to help reduce queuing times.

Plus, last year, it teamed up with bakery chain Greggs to launch a clothing collection.

The two high street giants also collaborated on a new Greggs cafe inside Primark’s Birmingham Bullring store.
