Pinkwas given a bizarre ‘gift’ from a fan at her recent concert in London.
The So What singer, 43, was left visibly unsettled when someone in the crowd threw a bag of their mother’s ashes on the stage during her set in Hyde Park.
Pink was the headlining act at the 2023 British Summer Time festival and was singing her hit track Just Like A Pill when the bag was thrown to the singer.
Twitter user @AsAndrewSpeaks captured the moment live and posted a video of the Funhouse singer’s reaction.

In the clip, a stunned Pink looks torn up and confused over the gesture as she inspects the plastic bag.
She then seemingly asks the fan responsible, “Is this your mum?”
“I don’t know how to feel about this,” the shocked singer added, before crouching down and gently placing the bag behind a speaker at the front of the stage.
It seems the internet also doesn’t know what to make of the moment.

One person shared their outrage over the questionable gesture, tweeting, “y’all need to learn some respect”.
“She handled it well cause I’d definitely be mad that someone handed me their mom’s ashes,” another Twitter user commented.
“Maybe that was her moms request mom probably was a die hard fan,” one person theorised.
In another TikTok video capturing a different angle of the moment, a festival attendee commented on the ironic timing of the gesture.
“I thought it was impeccably timed to I can’t stay on your life support“, referencing the lyrics from Pink’s song Just Like a Pill, which she had been in the middle of performing at the time.

@AsAndrewSpeaks drew social media’s attention to the poor concert etiquette of late, urging fans to “have boundaries” when engaging with concert acts.
Pink is not the first artist to have their concert in the news due to a fan interaction recently.
Singer Bebe Rexha, 33, was rushed off stage during her New York show on June 18 after someone in the crowd threw a phone at her face, causing the singer to collapse at the impact.
The injured star shared an update to her concerned fans on Instagram, showing pics of the side of her face that was bruised.
The man who was identified to have thrown the phone was later charged by police with assault.

Not long after Rexha’s concert, Ava Max was physically assaulted by a male concert attendee who managed to get on stage.
The 29-year-old star was slapped by the ‘fan’ before security guards got him off stage.
The Sweet but Psycho singer also shared an update to fans on Twitter following the incident.
“He slapped me so hard that he scratched the inside of my eye. He’s never coming to a show again,” Max said.
