People are just realising they can receive FREE TV upgrade with more than 300 channels – and you don’t need to sign up

THANKS to the internet you can access even more TV channels than ever before.

There’s a growing number of so-called FAST channels, which stands for Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television.

And you often don’t even require any special kit for it – nor do you need to sign up.

One popular option many have discovered is Plex.

It has more than 300 channels available to watch.

Or you can select programmes and movies on demand.

As the FAST name spells out, there’s adverts to keep it free.

Many smart TVs have a Plex app available, including LG and Samsung.

Or you can watch from the iOS and Android app, as well as a Fire TV stick.

Alternatively, you can stick to Google Chrome or another web browser.

The channels available are largely broken down into categories such as comedy, sport or western for example.

A lot of it is classic archive content.

Featured movies at the moment include Zulu, Bad Lieutenant, Heartbreakers and A Monster In Paris.

And TV series range from sci-fi classic Farscape, to The Dick Van Dyke Show.
