VIRGIN Media are offering customers with selected packages a free Wi-Fi booster, with the promise of top broadband speeds or a £100 in bill credit.
Whether you need connection for streaming, gaming or just to browse, a booster can help certain ‘dark spots’ in your home in terms of connection.

Wi-Fi boosters, known to Virgin Media as Intelligent Wi-Fi Pods, are plug-in mini routers.
They take the wireless signal from your main broadband router, boost it, and retransmit the signal out to all wireless devices, increasing the range.
They are included free in packages a trio of packages.
These include the Gig1, Volt, Ultimate Volt deals.
Although customers should note that they must have a Hub 3, Hub 4 or Hub 5 in order for the booster to work.
If you’re not part of these select packages, Virgin also offers the broadband boosters for an additional £5 a month.
There is unfortunately no one-off fee for those who don’t get it free alongside their package.
For many, getting a booster is an easier and cheaper option to buying and setting up an entirely new system.
However, some customers have noted that they have a slightly bulky design, which is slightly larger than a plug-in air freshener.
