Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have broken into the 2023 Financial Review Rich list, debuting in the annual report as the only Aussie entertainers.
With the minimum requirement of the list sitting at $690 million, the Australian power couple just made it, with a reported net worth of $695 million.
Despite not making the top ten richest people in Australia, the full Rich List is expected to be published on the AFR website and in AFR Magazine on Friday.

Since their 2006 marriage, the couple have developed an empire, owning multiple million dollar properties, including their main homes, a Nashville mansion and a farmhouse in Australia that they share with their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 14, and Faith Margaret, 12.
Kidman’s funds stem from her stellar Hollywood career and endorsement deals for brands from Omega to Chanel.
Recent projects would have contributed to this jaw-dropping sum including a reported $10 million payment for her role in Netflix’s The Prom and a $1million-per-episode payday for the second season of Big Little Lies.
Urban’s contribution to their net worth comes from his impressive music career and his gig as a judge on The Voice.

Despite being in a great financial place now, Kidman has previously opened up about her humble beginnings.
“I’ve always been aware of privilege because both my parents came from nothing,” the Aussie star told Glamour UK in a 2020 interview. “When we moved to America, we had nothing.”
The Australia star also noted that her partner, Urban, was a self-made success.
“I also married a man who’s totally self-made and came from a background where he said every brick in his house is a gig,” she told the outlet.
“He grew up on a farm, literally in a shed. They didn’t have bedrooms. Four of them lived in a shed that subsequently burned down.”
The full 40th annual Rich List will be available on www.afr.com and will appear in a special edition of The Australian Financial Review Magazine tomorrow.
