‘Nice shot’ – Conor McGregor hilariously praises UFC rival Nate Diaz for Dillon Danis slap in now-deleted tweet

An argument broke out and McGregor’s manager Audi Attar, who also looks after Danis, attempted to de-escalate the situation.

But Diaz, 37, ended up slapping a member of Danis’ crew square in the face.

And it shockingly won the praise of McGregor, 34, who posted in a now-deleted tweet: “Haha nice shot.”

Danis, 29, was brought in as McGregor’s jiu jitsu sparring partner in 2016 after the Irishman was beaten by Diaz.

“The thing was that, this event has been sold out for a while and Nate called last night wanting six tickets.

“We didn’t have six tickets to give him, so he ended up figuring it out and got some seats. I went over and talked to him tonight, it’s all good.

“Every time they show up I expect something to happen, not much bothers me anymore at this point.”
