Just last week, the attraction was given a welcome boost after updated plans were approved by the local council this week.
And new images have revealed what the 28-acre resort will look like.
One image shows the “Garden of Wellness” which will have a pathway through flowers and trees as part of the wellness section.
Another artist’s impression shows the exterior of the attraction, which will be a series of glass-covered areas simulating a wave.
James Whittaker, executive director of development at Manchester developer Peel L&P, said: “After five years working in partnership with Therme, we are delighted to hear planning permission has been approved for this incredible, high-quality health and wellbeing resort in TraffordCity.
“We’re looking forward to working closely with the whole of the Therme team to deliver something truly unique and iconic in the UK, that is not only world-leading for health and wellbeing, but will also create a significant number of new jobs and have a huge positive economic impact for North West England.”
And leader of Trafford Council Tom Ross added that he was delighted as it was the “first of its kind in the country”.
He added not only will it attract millions of visitors a year, but will create 600 jobs.

Also inside Therme will be 25 swimming pools, including a wave pool, as well as 35 water slides.
There will be an indoor beach, the first all-season beach in the country, as well as an entire wellness area.
This includes an adult-only section with swim up bars, water lagoons, steam rooms and saunas.
Restaurants and cafes will also be onsite, and there will be parking as well as access to public transport.
Construction is expected to start this year, and will take around two years to open.
An official opening date and ticket prices are yet to be announced.
If you can’t wait until then, you should head to Romania to Therme Bucharest, although the Manchester attraction will be double the size.
And we’ve rounded up the best water parks in the UK too.
