HUNDREDS of NatWest customers have been left without access to their mobile banking today.
According to DownDetector over 1,800 customers previously reported issues with NatWest’s banking app – but problems appeared to be resolved at 10.25am BST.
One furious customer said: “The app seems to be down . I’ve tried accessing via wifi and using my mobile data , closed the app, restarted my device,” while another said: “Service status page reports no issues. Clearly there is. Help please!”
A NatWest spokesperson told The Sun: “Mobile banking is now working as normal.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused”.
