National Lottery players urged to check tickets as TWO jackpots totalling £4.6m are unclaimed

TWO lucky National Lottery ticket-holders have yet to claim their life-changing EuroMillions and Set For Life prizes from draws this past week.

The National Lottery has now revealed that one of the winning tickets was bought in person, while the other was bought online.

It comes as this past Friday, the EuroMillions Millionaire Maker event draw saw 20 UK citizens turn into millionaires – but one lucky winner didn’t call to claim their prize.

The Set For Life draw on Thursday 20 April saw one lucky ticket-holder scoop the top prize of £10,000 a year for 30 years, and this winner is also yet to come forward.

The winners are urged to check their tickets and call the National Lottery line to claim their major prizes.

The National Lottery said: “Imagine being a millionaire and not even knowing it.

“We’re urging all EuroMillions and Set For Life players to check their tickets or log into their National Lottery Account to see if they are one of our missing winners.”

The lucky winner who bought their ticket in person has only two weeks to claim their winnings.

One man in Spain managed to win a whopping £2billion in the lottery after a psychic predicted his winnings – but he’ll never get to see them.

Jesus had claimed a fortune teller predicted he would one day become a millionaire – and eventually it came true.

However, Martinez tragically died just four months after his massive win having never been able to spend any of his newfound fortune.

In December of last year, Jesus had trusted his instincts and won his prize of £1.07million (€1.2million) with his lucky numbers 05490 in Christmas El Gordo draw in Madrid.

The £2billion festive draw has been held annually in the country since 1812 and is famous for turning Spaniards, as well as lucky Brits, into millionaires overnight.

Elsewhere, a euromillions winner who was just 17 when she scooped the jackpot says she still hasn’t spent all of her winnings – but she does have one regret.

Meanwhile, a lucky man has scooped a third jackpot lottery prize in under 11 months from hedging his bets on the exact same numbers.
