How do I block a device on Sky Go?

You can remove a device using your Sky Go account by logging in.

Head to the My details page.

Click on Manage people & sharing.

Look under the Additional Users section.

Select the name you wish to remove.

This will unlink them from your household.

“If the removed user knows your Sky account details, they can re-link their Sky iD to your account, but if they do this, the account holder (Primary Sky iD holder) will receive an email from Sky,” Sky warns.

Should this be the case for you, you might want to change your Sky account password so they can’t get back in.
