MTV pimped my Ford and I hate it – they even put bizarre machine in the back

A WOMAN who had her car pimped by MTV said she hates it -as they even put a bizarre machine in the back.

The driver said she explicitly told the MTV team that she didn’t want tacky stickers or loud exhaust on her Ford.

But the woman, who posted the video on Tiktok @yaz.johnsonn, was horrified when she saw the motor full of stickers and a sewing machine in her car’s boot.

An old sewing machine that pulled out onto a table was even bizarrely installed – leaving the driver scratching her head.

And she claimed to make matters worse, she had spotted mould in the £10,000 blue Ford KA.

She believes it started growing inside because the MTV team had cut two bonnets on the vent – allowing the mould to grow.

Sharing a video of the revamped car, she said: “MTV pimped my ride and gave me a mouldy car with no sun visors. This is hell.”

She then goes on to detail the changes to the car.

She started the video by saying: “My car was a modest little blue Ford KA before, nothing special, nothing crazy.

“I saw the other cars in the garage and was getting gassed because I’m going to have a nice car.

“I said no tacky stickers and not loud exhaust and that’s exactly what they gave me.

“A tacky sticker and a loud exhaust. Oh, and a sewing machine that pulls out on a table with a flat screen, which is a screen monitor that doesn’t work.

She has had to spend lots of money to remove the stickers and the exhaust.

“I pulled the tacky stickers off and had to pay to remove the exhaust

“It was so loud and embarrassing

She really likes the interiors of her car, but it’s growing mould on the doors and floorboard.

“The interiors are actually really nice, to be fair. It’s second-hand denim and vegan leather.

“But my issue is there is mould growing in my f**** car.

“I’m not even joking and it’s because, on the bonnet, they cut out two vents for like sporty aesthetics.

“So water is getting in and it’s going mouldy. Please help.”

The video was uploaded to TikTok by @yaz.johnsonn and it has had more than a million views.

People were quick to comment.

One said: “Now it’s a write-off. Take them to court for damages so you can buy an actual drivable car.”

Another said: “I feel like they should compensate for the mould. Aesthetics is one thing, but a mouldy car is another.”

A third pointed out: “That car is a write-off with the mould. It will be all through the vents etc., basically impossible to fix.”

MTV has been approached for comment.
