Fleetwood Mac member Mick Fleetwood has confirmed that his Hawaiian restaurant, Fleetwood’s on Front St, was among those that were destroyed in the recent Maui wildfires.
In a statement posted to X, formerly Twitter, the drummer expressed his condolences to the Hawaiian community that has been affected by the natural disaster.
“Maui and the Lahaina community have been my home for several decades. This is a devastating moment for Maui, and many are suffering unimaginable loss,” the drummer wrote.

“Fleetwood’s on Front Street has been lost and while we are heartbroken, our main priority is the safety of our dear staff and team members,” Fleetwood continued.
“On behalf of myself and my family, I share my heartfelt thoughts and prayers for the people of Maui. We are committed to supporting the community and those affected by this disaster in the days and months and years to come.”
The beloved restaurant was known for serving American cuisine, as well as it’s rooftop bar that overlooked ocean views. Following the fire, the venue is now ”closed until further notice”, according to it’s website.
